1.6 hyundai accent with 2 month old spark plugs covered in carbon accross all 4 plugs, had a quick whizz around the internet to try and find solutions

can anyone name the engine code?
looking at a possible over fueling issue?
use some injector cleaner / replace the fuel filter, as i know its not been done in 4 years, although the plugs and oil were done 2 months ago

apparently its down on what it was when the car was bought
