no. There used to be a flaw when Facebook emailed updates which included the IPs, but that was many years ago.

easiest way is to somehow direct them to a page that logs IPs / hostnames, either write something yourself or find one, but what do you plan on doing with the IP address?

if u have the name of the person etc, just use the electoral role to get the street address and anyone else who may live at the address
