Hi all, having some problems with my let with a td05 conversion. I had the turbo recently re-conditioned so bolted it on and started it up and still have blue smoke, Its not because there was oil in the exhaust from when i found the turbo had gone because as it comes onto boost now it bellows out smoke from the rear and cant see behind which from my point of view far too much oil which is burning just to be sat in the exhaust, any help or advice would be much appreciated

We had a van in at work with the same problem. New turbo fitted but still blue smoke. Took the intercooler off and the pipes, both were full of oil. Flushed the cooler and pipes with water and some diesel to remove the sludge. Refitted everything, engine oil changed + engine flush. Renewed oil again, ran perfect. Little smoke on start up but nothing major. Might be worth a shot?
