i wondered if there was anything i could do to my brake system to improve it, ive got 2.0 256 fitted . on front. and drums on rear. at some point i wil hopefully be doing a rear disc conversion because i want to fit a hydaulic handbreak.
anyway is it possible to put a stronger brake cyclinder in the servo thing thats attached to the brake pedal ?? or put like a vectra brake pedal set up on ... im no mechanic so this may be totally stupid ???
P.S
cant fit any bigger front brakes on front as cars used for rallying and needs to use 14" wheels for nobbly tyres for gravel rallys.

did you fit the 2.0l ones mate? cos 1.6's come with 256 x 20 as standard. 2.0l are 256 x 24

Braided lines from the master cylinder to each corner? Bias valve? Better pads, dsc2500 or what ever they're called. Grooved discs

Pads would be the first thing to try if you are already running 2ltr calipers.
Don't waste money on fancy discs, it won't make any difference.
