you dont need one, loosen off the centre nut, hit the column where the nut has come from with something like an extension drive and a hammer and the vibrations will cause it to come loose, wiggle it and pull hard. i say this as i was going to buy one and did that instead

Just hit the edges of steering wheel with a hammer for a while and it pops off. Rap the hammer in a towel if you want to not damage it .
