right i rang them up and i need to set up a standing ordear i haqve on line banking i need the account number and sort code where do i find that out onh my days

Missus' natwest card doesn't have them on. always have to go on her online to find it, pain in the arse. My savings card didn't either.

I opened an account with Natwest in late 06/early 07, no number or sort code.

Same with another account I opened with them in 09.

That's your sort code Ben.

Anyways, you need your customer ref number and Thanes Waters account number and sort code. Those details will be on your bill, though their bank details might be accessible from your online banking - I know NatWest provide a nice list for you to select from.
