interior one mate? just pulled out in mine. its got little ridges that the head lining sits in... fairly easy. just give it a tug

there should be 2 little slots on one side to get a screwdriver in to twist, dont just rip it out it will pull out the bit that holds it onto the roofliner

there's two gaps in the front side off the light. put a small screwdriver in there and twist, comes out of its like spring clip sorta thing, and easily goes back in

its easy to put it back (if you want to) just remove the light from the frame and bend the little lugs out to they are facing straight up them put it back in the hole in the liner and bend them back down so they hold it in place, i've got the same style light as you, sprayed it the same colour and everything
