my sky+ hd box wont send out a signal to my tv

i have had it un plugged and plugged back in. it comes up with sky+ hd please wait.... then stops sending a signal again

is there a way of reseting the box?

Hold the select and down button on the box, and it'll reset itself, (I think)

Ours does that sometimes, I just put it on standby using the remote and turn it back on again.
