Hi, i know the 1.6sport corsa and 1.6 tigra engines are the same but is the 1.6 astra the same? Or would i need diffrent loom or ecu?

You will need a different loom and ecu anyways mate as there all different to the c16xe loom and ecu.

Check the engine code, if its an x16xe it will be fine(mk3 astra) but i think some are an x16xel. I think the x16xel fits but comes with different head/inlet to the x16xe.

You will need the loom, ecu and transponder with chip to go with the new engine
