I'd say diff or CV but it does sound rather strange for those.

I assume its related to wheel speed?

Although it doesn't appear to change pitch.

What about rear wheel bearing? Does sound a bit high pitched for that tho

when I acelerate it does feel a bit weird like!

how can i check a wheel bearing then? Take wheel off or jack it up and shake the wheel?

Sounds like exhaust baffles gone
