Used one the other day but can't think of the technical name of it to buy one.

It's basically this:



But instead of having a hole it has part of the socket sticking out in that shape.

It's to prise open the rear of front hubs to get front shocks out.

Any help would be great ta.

Hub spreader tool, type that into ebay or google. Also stick vag in the title too to narrow results, usually its vag's that need the tool.

Just use a decent pry bar, works the same

Been there before with pry bars and chisels, much easier with the right tool and it doesnt get in the way once its inserted and ratchet removed. Well worth the £10 odd
