What exactly do you mean by dim?
Take all bulbs out, put it on, shine a torch inside the bulb holder. Might give you a better idea.
Could be wrong bulbs inside or something.

Have you knocked the dimmer by accident? The wheel above/below the headlight switch iirc

That's weird man. Do the bulbs at the back light up fully?
Have you dis assembled it fully and put it back together and cleaned all contacts etc with something like IPA?

I took it all apart checked a few things! Cant really tell if all bulbs light up but i cant see why they wouldnt because everythings showing? :S thats why i think its must be wiring or a connection on the motherboard of the dash! Will strip down and clean contacts! Whats IPA?

IPA is like a alcohol people use to clean stuff up. evaporates quickly and usually gets used in ultrasonic baths when you put water damaged boards inside to get rid of damage.
Its good stuff. I usually put some on a cotton bud and clean the contacts like that. Or use wd40 lol but only a bit and not spray it all over.
If it is wiring then try another plug but i doubt it. I think maybe something internal like the motherboard not sure.
I have a load of spares for digi dash and If I had another corsa I was using I would have snapped this off you as I would probably be able to fix it.
