Right took out again for the first time let it over heat a litle then stopped opend the bonnet and at the back pipes just sounds like liquid jiggling about hard to explain im thinking theres a blockage from when i put radweld in? theres no hot air through the heater vents and top hose of rad is hot lower hose is cold :S

What car is it? Unfortunatly it does sound like head gasket and the letting it overheat a little is a bit concerning.Make sure themostat is opening but as top hose is hot then it seems like the stat is ok.
The gurgling you hear may be air in the coolant system if the head gasket has gone,are the coolant hoses becoming a lot harder to sqeeze with the engine running?

havent really tried to full on squeeze them but when i turned the engine off then tested the rad hoses they were a little hard :S

Yes head skim and gasket replaced and check the block for distortion when you do it,blocks do warp on these sometimes.

could it not just be the air lock mking it over heat? or the rad weld maybe causing a blockage, im not losing water although the coolant tank is full of stiky brown shit which i think is too much rad weld?

Charlie!, sound's to me like your water pump, had this happen on two car's were the blades are pressed
steel (cheap pumps)and the shaft just spin's in the middle, the noise in the pipes is boiling water because
the pumps not pushing it round the engine..
