HOW DO I GET THE HEATER KNOB OUT.I GOT THE 2 OUTSIDE ONES OFF BY PULLING THEM BUT THE MIDDLE ONES A PULL OUT TO HEAT BACK WINDOW SO AM NOT SURE IF ITS A DIFFERENT WAY TO GET IT OFF

pull it out, there is a gap at the bottom of it...stick a scredriver up there and pull!

lol i had the same problem so it pissed me off so much i smashed the entire centre console. got a new 1 free from a scrappie
