Good Evening All,

Here is a selection from my take up of the 2015 WRC Wales Rally GB. It was a 3:30am start, a hike up to the stage in the pitch black while the wind and rain lashed down hard on us. We got drenched but it was totally worth it. Watching these world class drivers flying though the forest roads at incredible speed is something else!

I was constrained to just my 70-200 lens as I was not willing to swap lenses in the weather conditions we experienced. They were atrocious to say the least! Enjoy

Some great photos there. Looks like a good trip out despite the weather. The front shot of the Impreza is great. Is the last one an Octavia?

It was a Fabia RS. Looked awesome in the black and green livery

The Impreza was running a special livery to commemorate 20 years since Colin McRae won the championship. It was massively popular with the fans!

Good pics! A guy I know was marshalling he wasn't looking forward to it in the rain

Thanks Guys,

Some of the marshalls had been up there since 2am They were all a good laugh though, some of them even let me bend the boundaries to get some pictures

This guy on the other had had blatantly had enough of standing in the miserable weather its not your mate is it??

I'd highly recommend it. I've only done the single day over the past few years but next year we are planning to try and do all three. It's in October instead of November next year so hopefully the weather will be slightly better
