what internal engine upgrades would you have to do in order to run 100-150bhp of NOS in a 1.4 16v?
is it gona b expensive?
on a progressive distributor.

depends how brave you are and how often you will use it.

ARP rod bolts would be a good start.

If the engine is in otherwise good condition and low miles it should be okish. Obviously it will wear out quciker.
