i know that their height adjustable between 30-75mm, but are the dampeners adjustable?

if not how stiff are they?

Yeah, there are two sets of FK coilovers, one is height adjustable and the other is fully adjustable - height and damping. Usualy if the shocks aren't adjustables they're around 30% stiffer than usual.

im also after a set of these, is the rear adjustable also? and how much is the rear adjustable by? whats the cost of a set?

FK coilovers generally give a better ride than typical shocks/springs setups.

the rear is adjustable upto about 70mm i think

i got a set of height and dampening adjustable last week for £690 including p&p
