what does taking the middle box out do for you?

Just makes a lot of noise and frees a touch of top end power by robbing some low end stuff. Made my 1.2 16V sound like a tank, i like quality and dont want to sound like im ragging the tits out my car when croosing at 20mph theirfore sold it and went back to standard middle box.

i like it sometimes, just makes it hard to be quiet!
it dont make all that much difference to petrol consumption, but i mean its hardly noticable.
