So I purchased Far Cry 2, Mirrors Edge, and a another SixAxis joypad (not a stupid battery draining rumble one). Got all that lot for less than £70

Far Cry 2 hasn't been opened yet, I was too busy playing Mirrors Edge. Pretty cool game, and it looks wonderful too. Hoepfully the jumping around and stuff won't get boring though :S Either way, I'm already finding myself stuck on some parts so at least it's challenging.

Oh and I also bought some Sennheiser CX300 headphones They are amazing btw

Either way, Puss3 pad, wether it be the Six Axis or Dual Shock is good.

Only when it's on charge, not very often

Either way, Puss3 pad, wether it be the Six Axis or Dual Shock is good for 17 mins then the batteries die. Unlike the superior 360 pads.

And you have to keep buying batteries and they weigh about 1kg. Oh no wait, that's the 360 pads

My DualShock 3 lasts aaaaages. I always forget to charge my spare Sixaxis for when it does run out though. Annoying, but doesn't take long.

Why's that People with a brain will have a recharge pack.

At least the 360 pad has the flexibility of using AA's should the need arise.

You can stick the ps3 pad into anything with a usb port to charge, and continue playing.

Mine was £1.99 off ebay. Hardly breaking the bank. Don't you have to buy a kit to get rumble functionality, as Doug said?

You have to buy a whole new controller to get rumble and it costs a lot more than 1.99.
