i bought my house just ver 2 years agoi did start a thread then but cant find it! so heres how it was when i got it
we had a small leak from the shower so decided to re seal it but that then turned into a massve job due to the shit job done originally. so bathroom got painted. which then went mouldy so turned into en even bigger job
ended up like this
i had a small accident whilst carrying a pot of calipr paint so had to replace the carpet in the living room and hall
decided to get laminate in the living room as there is always people round! as a few people who have collected parts from me will vouch for

never done anything like that before. took me and my brother about 3 weeks tops
completely ripped out, new toilet, new shower, new shower tray and enclosure
we did everything ourselves apart from plumbing in the new pipes for the shower!

as for the garden, we played football on it so its fucked! but was never very nice.
plans for that are.
take down trees

drive way done!
just need to let the crush and run settle for a while before we put stones down
wont look any different to how it was when we moved in. just means it wont sink and become a mud bath again!

That shower is mint!!
How does it work, standard shower with the beasty head or is it a unit bought together?
My on-suite needs ripping out and fully tiling. Possibly around Christmas i want to do that. Don't like the wood Miller Homes have used to box in the pipes - would have been better is they used plastic but guess this would cost them more.
