I got an brand new Elite today..I am trying to set up xbox live and when it says to you accept or decline the terms and conditions I click accept then the xbox will just freeze

You aren't connected to Xbox live if your account isn't set-up. It will most likely be the Xbox causing the problems. Check the xbox support website.

Havnt a clue where to look on there mate
