i've got one :-)
i was wondering what others thought of it
its the first smartphone ive ever bought so i cant really compare it to anything
but ive had no lag yet, its done exactly what i want it to and the photo/video quality is fantastic.
its like a film shot by BBC cameras and viewed in HD its that good.

its really slim
its got a "gorilla glass" screen?
apparently doesnt get scratched so no screen protector required?
someone said something about a youtube video where someone was really abusing this glass and it left no marking at all . but ive not seen it.

its just over 100g isnt it ?
it is really light, slim, and feels fairly strong.
i dont like the flimsy back cover for the battery etc, although i do like the rough texture which enables u to take a nice hold of it. rather than it being smooth and possibly slipping out of your hand due to its slimness.
can you take a screenshot on it, like you can do with i-phones? i cant seem to figure out how to do it. if at all possible...

not sure. mine is on O2 contract.
at £399 on O2 PAYG - i think its a decent price considering new iphones go for £600 ?
A2H GO are you sure?
your method sounds like an ALT+F4 trick lol

"....Nonetheless, if you're asking us what smartphone to buy today, unconstrained by such externalities, the Galaxy S II would be the clear choice. Sometimes it's just as simple as that. "
it took me like 2 years to find the right smartphone to buy, and it looks like i made the right choice and would of regretted it immesely if i made a hasty decision.
happy bunny here

My local Orange shop had no info on it. Found one in Phones4u in the end and did my upgrade through them.
