I've been looking for a new house on and off for a few weeks now, saw these a couple of weeks ago and bit the bullet this morning. What do you think? Will be ready around April time.

4 bed and single detached garage.

This is a bit more realistic, slightly different brickwork though.

Looks nice for a new build. Not my kind of thing but still cheap. Would be around £300k-£350k any where around here for that.

You know what I don't like, the fact it's got no front space like a garden etc

It's got about 10ft at the front and the meters are all down the side so it's not like the one in the photo, that was just to highlight the general style of it.

Very nice. I like double-fronted houses a lot.

Are the 8 windows on the front just for 4 rooms? Seems a bit odd that they didn't just go for 4 larger windows. Not sure if it would look better or worse though.

Would look worse with two large windows.

Only downside is the meter box. Dont know why they didnt put it internal or on a gable wall.

It will be on a gable wall, that photo is just to show the general shape of the house, it's not built yet and will be a different brick as well.

its a lot of house for the money but its not for me; it lacks character a bit and I wonder if it'll date quickly - however, that said, that's just my opinion of the outisde, inside is whatever you make of it!!

Does it come with parking?

Single garage and parking for about 3 cars I'd say.
