Cuts out after few seconds, has no exhaust on it apart from
Manifold (will this make much difference)

Plug one was wet with fuel, my wideband is set at its maximum
On the over fuelling side, but turns fuel down seems to make it worse?

Standard ecu on at moment, FPR is around 3 bar?

using bigger injectors? As 3bar on bigger injectors will do no good atm.

The rebore will make a little difference.

Check all plugs are sparking and earths are good!

What do you mean on properly? Which end mate?

Sounds like its firing on all 4, just not sure what bar of pressure they should run, online says AROUND 4 bar on various sites. Plugs are wet though?

His were wrong at the dizzy. Would fire run a few seconds then just die out . Looked up a proper diagram changed them round and it ran fine. Bit lumpy then we found out the vac hose was squashed just a thot no harm in checking

Did you replace all the sensors when you did the engine?
Also are you still running a standard ICAV?

Coolant temp sensor?
O2 sensor?
Plug leads right on your dizzy?

Will run terrible if the inter cooler pipes aren't on as its sucking unmetered air in.

yeah i mean, make sure you have no leaks, but small leak shouldnt matter on idle.
wouldnt worry about 02 sensor, doesnt come into effect until warm,
the afm is ok on an xe for some reason, but not a let.
well mine anyways.
coolant temp sensor is defo a possibility.
just check the basics, air leaks, earths, all the plugs are connected, the fpr is connected right way, the timing marks, and fresh spark plugs obviously?

Hi mate.

Coolant temperature usually fails when hot
O2 I don't know, how can I test?
Plugs are correct.

IC pipes are in place and tight not clamped up though.

CTS usually only fail when warm?
Fpr is on, only fits one way. Strange thing is that I have no ecu light on speedo. Now this may be due to me recently wiring up a digi dash? Also my opcom doesn't seem to connect to it

mine doesnt, its too old for mine though, thats why.
Its hard to diagnose over the internet, if you have a multimeter, just check your continuity between ecu pins cts, afm etc
