Probably break down as £120 fine and £35 court fees. Not sure so dont take it as I say it, ask for a break down off them simple.
Insurance, from what I was told, dont tell them till next renewal.

Yeah 30mph over an speed limit is meant to be a ban. Think 25 and above over and your in court.
Romford would know for sure.

u should receive a letter of inteneded prosicution (sp) within 14days of the offence, then u send it back and receive a letter explaining the charge, mine took 3 weeks for the second letter and 3 days for the first one......
and if they don't do anything within 6months of inteneded prosicution i think they have to drop the charge....

legal loopholes just cause u more hassle then its worth, had a m8 who has tried it, and he ended up getting charge 4x times the original price

So if you dont get a letter of intended prosecution within a month does that mean your ok?
I flew past a marked volvo hiding in the bushes (sneaky Tw@t) with a camera mounted in the back window facing me. It was a 40mph dual carridgeway and I may have let my speed slip a little (ehmm, ok a lot) above it.
For all you anti speed drones, it was five in the morning and the road was empty and i dont want to get into an ethical argument.
This was about 5 weeks ago and i have heared nothing? what do you guys recon? Got away with it or should i buy a bike ready for my ban.
