was tempted by it today adi but was unsure about it! thing is with coilovers people often advise to remove the front ARB so adding a thicker one will be no good

Yup i removed my ARB with my coilovers and hard springs and it grips waay better! ARB, although reducing roll it creates slide in corners so rear ARB 'should' introduce more oversteer, its all about ballance. Corsa's are notorious for understeer and fitting a bigger rear ARB should ballance things out a little. Personally i'll stick to my method of harder springs and no arb. Luckily I dont seem to have ANY problems at the rear lowered 60mm but mine has a lot of arse-end weight being an ICE'd 5 door...

Do whiteline make different versions of the rear anti roll bar? so for example would a roll bar designed for a 1.6 sport fit my 1.0 gls?

There are 2, a 'normal' 22mm one and a XL 24mm one, i got the XL 24mm one myself.
And whiteline do list the parts on their website catalog, thats where i got all the details on it!!
