cheers mate. Was on the phone to them for 30 minutes yesterday and they couldnt seem to solve the problem . They called my phone a few times but it wasn't going through.

yup exactly what i did, 2nd month in my bill was £800 (iirc) so i cancelled my contract and got a PAYG with a genie sim, now i put £10/month on and get 300 free text msgs whilst sill using the £10 for phone calls
