If i got;
Cams, find a doner vehicle then swap them over
Manifold, either make your own or find one down the scrap yard
Full Exhaust, make your own or find a doner vehicle
Inlet Manifold, port and flow the standard one or get one from the scrap yard or even make your own
Ported + Polished Head, do this your self
RR + Set Up
Chip + Rev Limiter Raised
Rebuild with all new Gaskets,Sensors,Arp Head Bolts Etc
How much Power will that be?
Thanks
Craig
Surely most of that needs Special Equipment? Also it cant be that easy?
And what is the chances in finding Second Cams etc,As there is Non in my Scrap Yard?
get cam from scrap yard then send off the cam to have your own pro file re cut on to it

Get a mantzel copy. 4-2-1 exhaust manifold and full system. Newman cams and a good exhaust system then when you want more power put in on a 1.6 16v

inlet manifold port match intake runner to the inlet manifold gasket and finish the inlet manifold in 80 grit production paper marks/ hone marks to aid mixing ie fuel and air also you could taper port the throttle body below the throttle valve then line up inlet manifold to the taper ported throttle body and finish off in 80 grit hone marks,
or cut off the intake runner a couple of inches before the manifold flanges then tig weld your own on, or get a 1.6 inlet manifold make sure the bolt holes line up with your engine inlet side

harrisp port matching inlet and exhaust manifolds means, when you take off the inlet manifold you will see the inlet manifold gasket on the cylinder head then normally the inlet port is smaller than the inlet manifold gasket,
so what you do is port the entrance of the inlet port to the same size as the inlet manifold gasket and finish off in 80 grit hone marks then you put the inlet manifold gasket onto the inlet manifold its self and bolt the gasket in place then you will see that the inlet manifold is smaller than the gasket then you port the intake runner to the same size as the inlet manifold gasket and finish off where you have ported with 80 grit hone marks to aid swirl and tumble into the cylinder head ie petrol and air mixing into cylinder head,
when you take off the exhaust manifold you will see the exhaust manifold gasket on the cylinder head then normally the exhaust port is smaller than the exhaust manifold gasket, so what you do is port the exhaust port to the same size as the exhaust manifold gasket then you put the exhaust manifold gasket onto the exhaust manifold its self and bolt the gasket in place then you will see that the exhaust manifold is smaller than the gasket then you port the exhaust manifold to the gasket,
this is called port matching

harrisp taper port throttle body,
what you do is take off your throttle body strip all the parts off the throttle body then you mask up just below where the throttle valve is then port it at a 30 degree to a 45 degree angle to the size you want the finish off in 80 grit hone marks to aid swirl and tumble
photo below taper ported throttle body cav 1.8

You are so clever yet you bang on about tuning you spi, honestly mate put your car on the rollers and then tell me about taper porting.
