All the cool kids have been going on about how they've developed a full on TV - who knows though.

But the A5 chipset can do 1080p h.264 anyway. Is the iPad 3 meant to have a new processor or not?

I download everything I can in 1080p, running out of space again, going to have to get a NAS, downloaded 800gb since August I think.
Just looked at the resolution diagram above, what I've been saying it needs all along.
Don't think more than about 2 people have ever agreed with me, is high resolution the new sliced bread?

i d/l in 720p, more than enough, unless its something worth watching in 1080p, then never get round to watching it, really need a nas and an apple tv or similar in bedroom

I'll need something for the bedroom soon, old TV doesn't have built in media player, doesn't need replaced yet though

Like what?
I don't actually check every single one but they are always the correct size and they look 1080.

1080p on a 9.7 inch display is totally pointless

Ya not just for movies. You get more on the screen when viewing websites etc, which is required.

That's not really how it works.
The laptop I'm on is 1366x768 and I find myself scrolling much more than I would like, less resolution is bad.
