I'd say middle road territory - spec is OK and the price isn't too bad considering it's a Sony.
Tbf you'd still get better spec for money with Dell's but if you're adamant on not getting one then have a look at Samsung or perhaps Asus for something cheap.

I'd get a dell I just can't find a windows 8 with touchscreen in my budget ?

What on earth do you want with touchscreen on a laptop?
Seems like a completely useless feature when you have a mouse and keyboard.

Touchscreen laptops are as bad as 3D TV's IMO.
