Less than 30 secs on most 1 farad caps, some do it in less than 10.

charging time will depend on resistance of wires and bulb as well

i believe a time constant for charging a cap is Resistance x Capacitance

generally speaking it takes about 5 time constants for a capacitor to be fully charged

just a bit of useless info for ya
