Means that your car isnt gonna start till u fix it
There is something wrong with the transponder system / immobilisation circuit. Are you sure that you have plugged it into the ECU loom correctly?

I honestly cant tell you mate without seeing the car.... it makes it very very difficult.
You need to go over everything again..... make sure the engine loom and car looms are plugged in correctly.

Plus how many looms do you have plugged into the ECU? If I remember rightly there should be 3....

did you have it installed or was it done before you bought it?
normaly find that if its had a clifford its been wired in all over the place. where did that yellow wire you cut off go to?

i think it goes into the passenger bulkhead and then into the loom, i think it went to the black thing that detects if the bonnet is lifted, on the right hand side of the engine bay

what clifford alarm has it got?
if its got a aftermarket imobalizer system fitted then you really are best off getting a alarm specialist to haev a look at it mate, as you might fid that where the imobalizer is all wired in all over the place that when chnging things arround that its not liked you to much, cars are fickle things like this.

so when you turn the ignition on you have fuel pump prime yeah?
most clifford alarms have 2 stage imobalizer one on fuel and the other on ignition.

alright the best thing for you to do then is call up clifford if you have had the alarm fitted by them and have them take a quick look. should be free. i got a viper alram/imobalizer fitted by them and if it goes tits up the guy who fitted it will come out and fix it for me free of charge.

The later ecu's flash 4digit odb codes mate.
Only the old ones flash 2 digit ones.

0231-Fuel pump circuit low
1503-Immobiliser unit
1502-Immobiliser unit
0412-SAI Switch valve
The first code is the most recent.
But dont forget those codes could have been stored in the ecu for months, for problems that are no longer a problem. Disconnecting the battery doesn't clear the codes.
