Isn't a 100% representation, as it doesn't take into account curves especially on the back of the handsets, but whilst illustrator was open -

Colour plays in with the above. S3 looks much narrower than 920, when in fact there's only 0.2 mm difference.

Also, the smoother design of the S3 should make it feel/seem smaller than it actually is. I suspect the thickness will make the Lumia seem even more huge than it is.

I just watched a video and the Lumia looked much bigger than the S3, weird.

Does look big, looks nice though. I want to have a play with one as I'm getting bored of iOS and fancy a change.

Prefer the curves of the s3 a phone this big needs ergonomics to make it feel small as poss bet that Nokia feels huge. Also screen is smaller isn't it?

I could deal with the size but not the OS. It looks quite fresh compared to the s3 and ifen

I don't think the square(ish) corners will be much of a problem but i'll hold judgement until i manage to hold one in my hand.
And personally i think WP8 will be pretty decent, it certainly looks it from leaks and previews. But likewise, have to hold off until the WP8 event.

Dragging this up since I've been looking at this and the HTC 8X over the weekend, and both seem to have massive flaws which is a shame.

HTC is a ballache to get any sort of media on to, and the camera is average at best.

Nokia is good, but some really simple things are missing from the OS. And you can't change the default search app away from Bing

Also battery life on both is apparently average too.

Anyone used one beyond playing in a shop?

Specs put it at 50% more than the iPhone, though reviews say you forget that in use....
