yeah, you wont really notice anything between them.
i have a k&n panel, its ok, does its job etc. main real benefit is they never need replacing, just cleaning.

All performance panel filters should easily last the life of the car provided they're cleaned in accordance with the manufacturers recommended service intervals.
The PVD filter can be cleaned using an air line or even run under a tap! Re-apply the dust retention spray and back into the air box it goes for another 15,000 or so miles.
