I have a powersteering plate from PVD, but the original bolts are too long to fix the new plate, will I be alright putting a few wasters on there or should I get new bolts?
What have other 2.0 peeps done?

you could shorten the bolts and re tap the ends

gunna say when i used to work in coach building we just cut the bolts down and filed them down at the end so they would thread, put a nut on them first! or just buy new short bolts, hardly expencive!
