what kind of speed do you think i am capable of with my spec which should be over 140BHP, some where around 125mph??

Depends how long and flat/downhill the road is.
Top speed isn't all that important, its how quickly you get there.
I did 136mph (my speedo reads about 1% under) with more to go on a flat part of the m6.
