Need some info on which coilovers are the best, heard FK good?? got bout 400-500 to splash want adjustable height but not fussed bout damping adjust. after 20-80mm lowering range.

are SPAX RSX or AVO any good?

they have adjustable spring platforms o nthe rear of them, go pay pvd a visit they will explain how they work!

yes mate dont get paid for 2 weeks yet but then ill u2u and buy a set from you. which are best zinc or the stainless????? (ill be using 2litre brakes BTY)

no difference in performance just that stainless has better corrosion resistance than zinc plating. Ok mate u2u me when you'd like some.
