To Turbo a 1.6 8v I think I need
Exhaust Manifold from courtnay
Garrett Turbo (T2 or T25)
Intercooler
Silicon Hoses
Dump Valve
Engine Management.
Have I missed anything out

an upgrade to 16v
you'll also need a whol lot of expertise, cos fuel ratios and a whole loada stuff that i cant even begin to understand.
there was a lad in total vox that field his engine buy just bolting on a turbo from a r5. made the valves look like rugby balls

re locate oil filter as well as the down pipe will foul the filter if not.
lower the compression by buyin low comp pistons, up rated rods etc or run standard internals and lower the compression by doing the rough courtneay method of 2 OE gaskets and a steel spacer plate.

its not that easy to do.
