Right i have read practicly all the posts relating to drilling your airbox.

But i cannot get the pictures to work in the tutorials section. Anyone got any ideas?

Also will it invalidate your insurance? Is it worth getting a new pannel filter aswell as driling it? or will the standard one work just as well?

basically drill a whole fuck load of holes in the airbox on the wing side, front and bottom not engine side and refit box simple!! Yesh definatly fit a K&N panel filter, not wont void warrenty and if you can fit a decent cold air feed

i still have the standard air filter in. It sounds brilliant even at that. Getting K&N at the end of the month.

Mines drilled engine side aswell. Will it make much difference if i get a new 'box and drill wing side only?

Yeah speak to chris_uk he did mine for me..... all he said to me while he was doing it was DONT do it engine side or it will suck in all the hot air.

hi mate, just done mine, drilled a load of 12mm holes and 8mm...recommend it any day..sounds amazin too and I aint even put my pipercross filter in yet!!
