Anyone know how to remove the manifold on a 1.6 16v sport, i wanna take it off to paint it but wanted to know how it comes of before i start havin a go myself. Cheers. Andy.

inlet or exhaust? inlet-undo the bolts on the top, two on the top and three at the back, get some long nose pliers and undo the spring clip off the throttle body, pull off the hoses on the right, three or four, undo the big hose with a spanner and lift it off. exhaust, undo it from the cat, two bolts under the car undo it from the head and drop it out the bottom.

Where abouts is the spring clip for the throttle body and what does it look like cos i can't really see it. Cheers mate.
