Does anyone knows this information about the Corsa B GSI:
a) Total weight (with stock wheels, tires, engine and body)
b) Is it true that it has a "mini turbo" system?
c) What is its time from 0-60mph?
Sorry about my ignorance, but I know someone that thinks he knows "everything" about the GSI and I would use some help from you all professionals on this subject. Thanks!!

was there a gsi in 96? thought they were only 93-94
so my insurance company seems to think anyways

Yeah and a V12 AMG tuned engine in the boot
0-60 is about 9 - 9.5 seconds

That's what I thought!! When he said, my GSI came with a "mini turbo" included, I was like "what??".
Anyone knows its weight??

according to the stats in the back of a well known mag the GSI weight 1413KG thats gotta be total bollox

you can get neon washer jets and it halfs the time from 9 to 4.5 seconds to 60. something to do with supercharging the turbo..
btw i have a 1995 N reg corsa. so im guessing they make 95

What country are you in for starters?
GSi's in england are a 1.6 16v, will have a 106bhp engine. Although the GSi stopped in 1995, a few still made it to 1996.
Other countries have the 1.6 8v 100bhp unit as fitted to the Corsa A.
Weight for standard with 1/2 tank of fuel is around 960-980kg. (no passangers).
Full laden with full and 4-5 passangers is 1413 (not how they can quote this as everyones different).
mini-Turbo. Your thinking of the Air Cirulation pump. Its a pump that sits next the the cam cover on teh right and has a pipe that runs round the front and joins to the exhaust manifold. This is jsut a system that pumps air back into the exhaust manifold to burn any extra un-burnt fuel/gasses before it hts the cat. Reduces emissions on startup when auto choke is on.
