im gunna amp my components today (hopefully ) but were is the best place to run the speaker wire??? ive got the power lead from battery runnin down left of the car and also the power cables from head unit, down this side...........shall i run the wire for components down the right hand side of the car or thru the middle?? and if down the middle how hard is this gunna be......advice pls asap

down left side with Pre-out wires from head unit, goe to left door through kick pannel, then round dash and into righ kick pannel. or be a clever git and mount your amps in the rear cards!

My train of thought has always been to run power leads down the left and signal down the right (or at least opposite sides) for obvious reasons.
No point going down the middle imo Sassy.

Best to run signal down the right hand side of the car as the rear loom is on the left hand side....

mount the amp under one of your front seats will solve alot of cable runs (or length of speaker cables) plus it might be a tad easier to do
Although, its always best to have equal lengths of speaker wire to each channel (standard practice for home hifi's due to impedances etc) although it might obviously be possible in some cases
Let me know how it gets on sassy, as im planning on doing this in the future and im thinking about installing amp in the glove box, just because its nice and easy, and saves on metres of speaker cable, but yea let me know
