Jus bout this but says it needs a direct feed to the battery.
How essential is this or can i use an iso loom from my old alpine?
im not runnin any subs or nuffin.

you dont nned the direct battery feed you can jus use the feed off the original vauxhall ISO thats what i have done wiv mine and i aint had no problems. jus connect the yellow battery wire to either of the red wires then jus connect everything else up and it should work.
P.S dont forget to earth it as i did

if your gonna use the headunit amp, then do a direct battery connection, i heard it voids your warrenty otherwise and its not hard to do.
If you are amping all your speakers and will turn the IC amp off then dont bother.

when i took out the original head unit there is a metal plate right at the back with a hole in it i just put the eart hook type thing against it and the screwed it on to that

4 x 60w alpine units need to be powered and grounded seperatly which can be a pain in the bum
