yes ya can buy them from Vauxhall for a full set of covers ya looking at about £60 yes i know expensive, best get em from LMF they are cheaper.
Best way to fit them is to use the clips these cost about 15p eash from vauxhall and require either self tapping on to ya sill or rivetting. Just make sure ya seal any bare metal i got a pick of a standard vaux clip on my GSI, hang on i will get it

look on the skirts you will be able to tell, there will be parts that stick out to meet the sill that fix to the clips, just count how many ya need, you will need a certain amount of the top ones then a certain amount of the bottom clips the different ones.

stick um on m8 will be alot easier, use some tigerseal, sikaflex, etc very strong adhesive and will never come off!
If you balls up the positioning of the clips then the skirts wont fit properly and your gonna end up making ur sill look like a piece of swiss cheese!!!

What 1600 said is fine, but if ya wanna remove skirts in the future they will need to be cut off or you will wreck the skirts, plus if ya look at em, look how much bonding agent ya gonna need the surface area that touches the body work it tiny so be carful
