what is the button for? and what is that black part? looks like a sensor/speaker of some sort??

Sensor is for the alarm? Senses movement inside/entry into the vehicle.

its a standard alarm sensor and not to sure what the button is for but if you press it the little LED on the warning light button begins to flash. mine has a clifford so ive never had to use it.

T'is to disable the ultrasonic interior protection on a std alarm, so if u want to lock a dog in the car without the alarm goin off, u press the button till the LED flashes, and then get out and lock the door, the Boot Bonnet and doors are still protected but no usltrasonics

my car has that lil sensor thingy - but I locked my GF in the car & had her scream but the alarm never went off
