what do i need to buy to the conversio as the Hubs and shafts on there own cost £400+

You need hubs, driveshafts and the front engine mount.
You should also consider getting the rear gearbox spacer and short shifter.
Thie fitting kit with all this stuff is just over £400 and the short shifter is about £60. You can get the parts from LMF.

am i just best to buy the full LMF fitting kit? which includs power cap, shafts hubs and mounts and the little extra for the power steering mount?

With the powercap, you cut the bulkhead... unless you mod the cap or buy the ecotec pipe setup, i'd seriously go for the spacer and m-tec 20xe short shift linkeage, these guys know there stuff

Get the turbo fitting kit from LMF and the 'elbow kit' from Regal, Courtenay or preferable V-Tuning if they are up and running again...
