My fk highsport coilovers arrived today after waiting 8 weeks, but no instruction came with them.

I assume for the front you undo the top two bolts on the strut under the bonnet, and the two on the hub carrier, pull old unit out and put old unit in?

The actual coilover though, how do i adjust the height of it? And know how high im adjusting?

the bottom two things that spin (cant remember the name) adjust the height twist them up to lower. the bottom of the two locks the first in place if that helps.

You need to undo the 19mm nuts on the top mounts, then jack up the car and remove the wheels.

Unbolt the bottom of the strut and lift out the srut and spting assembley.

Undo the 2x13mm nuts (either side) to remove the rest of the top mount

Assemble the top mounts on to the coil over

Bolt the 13mm nuts on to hold the coil overs in place, and then put in the bolts on the bottom

I suggest you get a spirit level out and then bolt the hub face up so it's vertical (due to the ghey camver adjustment on the coil overs) and tighten

Add wheels (and torque them!!) and then check hieght, work otu how much you need to up/down by, then wheels off again, tape measure you and wind the plaform up or down the rrequired amount and lock in place.

Wheels back on and done.

on the coilovers themselves... the nut that is nearest the gold platform at the top there... take it off and throw it away...

you need to transfer everthing except the part that is in contact with the spring from you old shocks over to the coilovers...

just before you tighten the bolts that hold the coilover to the hub carier line the top nut that you are about to tighten 2mm from the end of the coliver plate... this with get the camber nearly right but your gonna hev to take it to a garage with a 4 wheel aligner for proper adjustment... and they'll love you.... these things are a pain in the hole to get right...
