Can anyone tell me what this is, and where the last connection goes to? Normally mounted beside the coilpack, but it got in the way for the header tank

This vac pipe comes from the inlet manifold on the front of the TB, I assume this is the one I need for the fuel pressure reg, since it doesnt appear to have a home elsewhere?

I thought it was fpr, It was an fse, but I got rid and got a webber cossie one, but kept the adaptor.
