started my car yesterday and everything was fine until i pulled out my street and pushed my brakes, the abs went off for no reason. thought nothing of it then the abs light came on and wont go off till i start my car again. it does this every time i start it.

my mot is due on thursday so shock it had to happen now.

anyone got any ideas what is wrong

I would be checking the sensors first although there could be a problem anywhere, not sure how you diagnose the other parts of the system.
