they are sort of

The C16XE head has big ports
The X14XE head has small ports, the same as the X16XEL
The X16XE head has ports smaller than the C16XE, but bigger then the X14XE/X16XEL

so basically, the C16XE head is the best for airflow

but any of them will fit on the engine if you need them to

not neccesarily....

what she says is correct, it WILL fit on the 1.6 or 1.4

and if it has been flowed, it may well have enlarged ports etc

so it might all be totally truthful

i could go and collect it as i only live a hour away.

i have a c16 so will check if its any use to me
